There's Something about Billy
He's been a hot favourite to bag the lead role of Link Larkin in 'Hairspray: The School Musical, and ticks all the boxes when it comes to high school heart throb. With his jet black hair and smooth guitar riffs, surely Billy was going to win the part? He cruised through the singing auditions with his rendition of The Plain White T's 'Hey There Delilah' and melted the hearts of Denise and Zoe. However when it came to the casting auditions it was clear that Billy wasn't the strongest actor. His nerves and his American accent got the better of him and surprise contender Francesco won the part.
They say you can't keep a good man down and they were certainly right, who should make a surprise appearance during rehearsal week? That's right, Billy is back. After much deliberation Zoe convinced the panel that 'Hairspray: The School Musical' needed him and you can watch him and the rest of the cast as they try to put on the performance of a lifetime.
